Collection from store is Free.  However it is strictly on a pre-arranged time.  To arrange your time please email us when you have placed your order.

Local Delivery

£5 local delivery to the following areas, orders over £100 free -  Bangor, Newtownards, Millisle, Comber.

International Delivery

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days, although this may be longer during busy periods. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order's progress.

Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If your order is lost or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
