We allow 14 days period where you can return unwanted goods back to us in their original condition. We also accept returns for faulty goods 30 days from the date of receipt too. See specific product exclusions and disclaimers below.

We do not accept returns on perishable and consumable goods (I.E. food items), tailor made, special order items or personalised goods.

To return a product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Then return the product/s to the address below – this helps us process your order efficiently when we receive the returned goods.

Damaged Goods

If any of your goods are damaged in transit, we’ll replace the items free of charge. In some cases, we might ask for proof of damage (photograph) and a note about what’s happened. (This is just so that we can claim the cost back from the carrier.)

Lost parcels

In the unlikely event that you’ve not received your parcel within 7 working days, here’s what you need to do:

• Check that our courier hasn't left a calling card

• Double check that your parcel hasn’t been left in or outside your home, perhaps in a meter cupboard, porch or with a neighbour

If your parcel still hasn’t turned up, just get in touch and let us know your order reference, delivery address and contact details and we’ll investigate for you. If your items can’t be found, we’ll either arrange a replacement or full refund.
